This Cleansing Express Eye Makeup Remover is created in water base that you don’t even need to rub your eyes to remove the makeup. The makeup remover comes in 2 layers, one of Emollient and another layer of water. The product contains Vitamin E and B derivative, oceanic deep seawater, and many other ingredients to provide moisture and cleansing effects. This product is made in low acidity so sensitive skin type can use it as well.

Ingredients:

○ Contains moisturizing cleaning ingredients

○ Adsorbent hyaluronic acid (moisturizing) combination

○ Vitamin B derivative [Panthenol] (moisturizing) combination

○ Vitamin E derivative (oil-based) [tocopherol acetate] (moisturizing) combination

How to use it 

1. Apply an appropriate amount into cotton puff.

2. Apply to your eyes for about 10 seconds to dissolve make-up, dirt, and other impurities. (Apply longer for water proof mascara, lip sticks)

3. Rinse thoroughly with luke warm water.
