Shiseido Fullmake Washable Base is a makeup base for face and lips that makes any makeup applied over washable using only warm water. The makeup base features newly developed proprietary’s “Veil Action Polymer” that forms soluble, flexible film over skin to make makeup sebum and transfer resistant can loosen away when splashed with warm water, eliminating the need to a separate makeup remover. It contains brightening powder and smoothing powder to lightly even out the skin to deliver a flawless finish while helping makeup adhere better to skin and last longer.

How to use it 

Apply to face evenly before any makeup. To remove makeup, wash your face with hot water (about 40℃)
